• Developed and integrated a priority-based system for the IT Operations Analytics (ITOA) Refresh Queue, which significantly increased Splunk’s job processing efficiency by 50% and enhanced the system's fault tolerance using Python.
• Implemented an interactive dashboard using React.js for real-time monitoring and management of the refresh queue. The tool improved user experience by providing a comprehensive visual representation of the queue and job priorities, and gave administrators the flexibility to easily modify or remove jobs.
• Architected, developed, and refined a suite of RESTful APIs to facilitate the management of refresh queue jobs. Ensured the APIs' seamless compatibility with the Splunk environment and MongoDB Key Value (KV) store, leading to improved operational efficiency.
• Undertook comprehensive testing responsibilities, including unit testing, system testing, and integration testing, to ensure robust and efficient system operations.
• Implemented a Centralized Preference Management tool on Android Messenger that reaches over 1 billion users using Kotlin, Java, GraphQL and Hack.
• Designed and implemented a custom Quick Promotion to upsell the CPM features for Android Messenger users.
• Constructed detailed product launch plan and hosted technical design meetings for CPM features with engineers and product designer on the team.
• Added unit test coverage of 90% and increased Jest testing coverage for Recurring Notification features from 0 to 100% using JavaScript.
• Played a significant role in enhancing Aven's Underwriting System by successfully implementing more than 20 new features, utilizing Python and TypeScript.
• Leveraged Retool, Postgres, and Snowflake to architect and develop five intuitive dashboard interfaces. These interfaces provided insightful underwriting metrics, thereby aiding strategic decision-making processes.
• Devised a robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflow for Aven's Underwriting system, leveraging Python and Prefect.
• Achieved 100% unit test coverage for implemented features with Python and Typescript.
